Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Process (via Returnista)

Access the Return Portal: Visit lukamachain.returnista.com or scan the QR code.

Log In: Enter your email address and order number.

Select Your Return: Choose the items you wish to return and indicate the reason for return.

Exchange: If you would like a different size, you can select the desired size within the portal. We will ship the new size to you free of charge!

Choose a Shipping Option: Print your shipping label or select a drop-off location.

Pack and Ship: Use the original packaging and deliver the package to the indicated shipping point.

Track Your Return: Easily monitor your return through the portal.

3. Refund

We process your return within 5 business days after receiving it.

Refunds are issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Item Received?

Please contact us within 7 days at support@lukamachain.com.
Be sure to include photos of the item and the packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
