Delivery Policy 

Please allow 1-2 business days to process orders. Please allow 1-4 business days for EU shippings. Please allow 1-7 business days for worldiwde shippings. If you have any questions regarding your order e-mail: lukamachain@gmail.com.

Return Policy

We accept returns, but require your shipping and delivery costs, as far as possible, try to return the product in supplied conditions and in original packaging. If this is not done, compensation may be demanded from the consumer.

As a consumer, you have the right to express your wish to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days. You then have 14 days to return the goods. 

In the box you will find a packing slip, on which you will find a QR code. You need to scan this and follow the steps. This is how you register a return.

When this return is approved, you can create a return label yourself at a courier service of your choice (DPD, DHL, local postal services, ...). You can stick this label on the box and bring it in to the postal service. Once we have received and checked the item, a refund will be issued. The refund will be reduced by 2.50 euros to cover return processing costs.

If you do not find a stick with QR code in the parcel, you can visit www.tosendr.com.

1. Here you enter the order number (a 7-digit number) obtained through our shipping company, ShopWeDo. (not the 4-digit order number)

2. You enter your postcode

3. You indicate the reason for return 

4. We approve or reject your return request within 1 - 5 working days

5. You receive an address & create your own return label with a courier service of your choice.

6. When we receive your return, it is checked immediately, if the product is still in new condition you will receive a refund.

7. The refund is the purchase price of the returned item (shipping fee not included) - 2.50 euros to cover the cost of processing the return.

If you would have liked to order a different size of this product, you can always do this again by making a new purchase on the webshop.

Tip: Our items also sell very well on Vinted, sometimes even at higher prices. You can always try selling there before returning it. It is often easier and you get even more money for it.

Warranty

All Lukamachain products are covered by the legal warranty of 2 years.
